On Thursday we had a wonderful performance by the Strike group. They used all sorts of different drums and even used fire during one song. It was enjoyed by everyone.

Genuis Time
On Thursdays in Room 7, you will find Genius Time in full swing. This is where the students drive their own learning by choosing the topic/project they want to learn about. Some of the highlights include go-carts being made, stop motion animation movies, lemon powdered toy cars and clay dragons being made. Well done Room 7.

Room 7 Flax Flowers
Today we made flax flowers with Room 1. We learnt how to cut them properly, how to say a prayer in Te Reo to say thank you for using them and how to make them. Some of us struggled at first but we showed a Growth Mindset and we were all successful in the end. Well done Rooms 1 & 7.
